Jim Hamm delves deeper into Lion's Restore feature in Safari. After research on several forums he states, "I found there is no way in Safari settings to turn off Restore. It's all or nothing unless one does a Terminal command — which I don't like to do. For now I went ahead and turned off Restore for all apps.
